Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist – $2,066 per week

Ascentia Staffing is hiring a full-time Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a contract assignment in Colbert, Spokane County, Washington — offering $2,066 per week for the right candidate ready to make an immediate impact in an outpatient therapy setting.

About the Role

This travel PT position is a 9-week contract based in the Colbert/Spokane County area of eastern Washington. You'll work 40 hours per week across 8-hour shifts in an outpatient clinic environment, delivering individualized physical therapy care to a diverse patient population. The assignment starts as soon as possible, making this an ideal opportunity for a licensed Physical Therapist who is ready to hit the ground running.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to outpatient rehabilitation goals
• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional mobility training
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting plans of care as clinically indicated
• Collaborate with clinic staff, referring physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and long-term wellness strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

What We're Looking For

• Active Physical Therapist license valid in Washington State (or compact eligibility)
• Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent program
• Experience working in an outpatient orthopedic or general outpatient setting preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient-education skills
• Ability to adapt quickly within a new clinic environment and work independently as a travel clinician
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Willingness to commit to a 9-week, full-time travel assignment in Spokane County, WA
