Fusion Medical Staffing is currently seeking a Travel Med Surg RN to provide top-notch care at partner facilities across the nation. This role involves assessing and monitoring adult patients, administering medications, coordinating care plans, and documenting in electronic health records.

Core Duties

• Assess and monitor adult patients’ conditions
• Administer medications as prescribed by a physician
• Coordinate care plans with interdisciplinary teams
• Document patient information in electronic health records
• Provide patient and family education on medical procedures and treatments
• Uphold safety and infection-control standards

What You Bring

• A valid RN license with active registration in the state of practice
• Experience in Med Surg nursing or related field
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and communicate patient information accurately
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
