Position Summary

Uniti Med is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel Med/Surg Registered Nurse (RN) for an immediate opportunity in Tuba City, Arizona. This position offers a 13-week assignment with a full-time commitment of 36 hours per week, working the night shift. The start date is as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in a Med/Surg setting
• Assess and monitor patient conditions, providing appropriate interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Manage patient records and documentation accurately and efficiently
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations

Qualifications

• RN license required in the state of Arizona
• Current BLS certification
• Med/Surg experience preferred but not mandatory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and background check
