Travel Occupational Therapist - Uniti Med - Little Tucson, Arizona
The Opportunity
Uniti Med is currently seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Tucson, Arizona. This position offers a full-time commitment with a 35-hour weekly schedule and a 12-hour shift pattern.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients to determine their occupational therapy needs
- Create individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and social workers
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Requirements
- Current Occupational Therapy license in the state of Arizona or eligible for licensure
- Minimum 1 year of experience in occupational therapy
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with electronic health records and documentation systems
