Transportation Representative NOC IB, ROW IB team - India (nationwide) (nationwide)

About the Role

The ROW IB team is seeking a highly motivated transportation representative to help manage daily operational activities centrally across FCs. The primary objective of our teams is to manage the execution of freight planning for all carriers/sellers/vendors and fulfillment centres.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of freight planning for all carriers, sellers, and vendors
• Support operational excellence initiatives across FCs
• Participate in system support and process design for inbound operations
• Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize transportation processes

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
• Familiarity with transportation management systems a plus
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
