About the Role

As a Senior Transformation Consultant at Highmark Health, you will act as the driving force behind initiatives built to meet and surpass critical performance targets. Based on-site in Douglas, Juneau, you will typically manage one to two concurrent client engagements, partnering with teams across the organization to deliver lasting operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute transformation projects aimed at meeting or exceeding key performance metrics.
• Identify and deliver opportunities to reduce administrative costs across business units.
• Design and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Pursue medical cost and value improvements that strengthen organizational outcomes.
• Enhance the overall experience for customers and providers throughout each engagement.
• Balance one to two simultaneous client engagements while maintaining quality and momentum.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading transformation, consulting, or process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of delivering measurable performance gains.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and stakeholders at once.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across varied client teams.
• Comfortable working full-time and on-site in Douglas, Juneau.
