Senior Associate

Avison Young is hiring a Senior Associate at our Guasti office in San Bernardino County. This is a full-time position for a commercial real estate professional ready to drive client success and build expertise in transaction advisory, property management, and financial consulting.

About the Role

As a Senior Associate with Avison Young, you'll take on greater responsibility for managing client relationships, leading transactions, and contributing to advisory engagements across our commercial real estate practice. You'll work closely with senior brokers and consultants while mentoring junior staff, balancing hands-on deal work with thought leadership in your specialty.

What You'll Do

• Manage commercial real estate transactions from origination through closing, including tenant representation, landlord representation, and investment sales
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial analysis to support client decision-making
• Prepare and present valuations, investment recommendations, and transaction summaries to clients and internal stakeholders
• Develop and maintain relationships with institutional and local clients, brokers, and industry partners
• Support property management and consulting engagements for corporate and institutional clients
• Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives that strengthen Avison Young's market presence
• Work collaboratively across departments to deliver comprehensive, integrated solutions

What We're Looking For

• 3–5+ years of commercial real estate brokerage, advisory, valuation, or related experience
• Demonstrated success managing transactions or client relationships independently
• Strong proficiency with financial analysis, valuation tools, and CRM platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting to senior decision-makers
• Self-directed work ethic with ability to balance multiple projects in a collaborative environment
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within your market area
• Real estate license or commitment to obtaining one preferred
