Working within the Community Practice division of the Anschutz Medical Campus, you will help maintain smooth front‑desk operations for a busy family‑medicine clinic located at Park Meadows.

What You'll Do

  • Greet patients and visitors, verify insurance information, and collect co‑payments accurately.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments using the electronic health record system.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, triage inquiries, and direct messages to appropriate clinical staff.
  • Prepare patient charts for visits, ensuring all required forms and prior visit notes are ready.
  • Process referrals, prior authorizations, and prescription renewals per provider instructions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized reception area and manage supplies needed for daily operations.
  • Assist with patient check‑out, including discharge instructions and follow‑up appointment scheduling.
  • Participate in team huddles and contribute ideas to improve patient flow and satisfaction.
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and university policies regarding patient confidentiality.
