This senior-level role positions you as the go-to expert for title examination, risk assessment, and problem-solving across our organization. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Examine and analyze title documents, reports, and records to identify issues and potential liabilities in residential and commercial real estate transactions
  • Evaluate complex title problems and develop compliant resolutions that protect all parties and align with California real estate law
  • Provide authoritative guidance to internal teams, escrow officers, underwriters, and external clients on title-related matters
