Title Officer Advisory – Full-Time – US Based Remote

Anywhere Real Estate seeks an experienced Title Officer Advisory professional to join our San Diego team in a full-time remote position. As a trusted authority on real estate title matters, you'll guide complex residential and commercial transactions across California while ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The Opportunity

This senior-level role positions you as the go-to expert for title examination, risk assessment, and problem-solving across our organization. You'll partner with internal teams, escrow professionals, underwriters, and clients to resolve intricate title issues, protect transactions from risk, and maintain the highest standards of compliance throughout each deal lifecycle. Your expertise directly impacts transaction success and client confidence in our services.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Examine and analyze title documents, reports, and records to identify issues and potential liabilities in residential and commercial real estate transactions
• Evaluate complex title problems and develop compliant resolutions that protect all parties and align with California real estate law
• Provide authoritative guidance to internal teams, escrow officers, underwriters, and external clients on title-related matters
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies for transactions of varying complexity
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of title documentation and maintain meticulous records
• Stay current with California title law, regulatory changes, and industry best practices

Who We're Looking For

• Extensive background in title examination or title insurance, with demonstrated expertise in residential and commercial real estate transactions
