Position Summary

We are seeking a highly-skilled tire and lube technician to join our team at the Hibbing store. As a Tire & Lube Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing customers' vehicles, ensuring they receive the best possible care. You will work directly with customers to understand their needs, identify the right products or services, and install them on their vehicle.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and service customers' vehicles in a professional and efficient manner
• Perform tire rotations, alignments, and inspections
• Install new tires and perform lube services as needed
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety standards and company policies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site visits as needed
• Experience in tire and lube services is a plus, but not required
• Aptitude for mechanical work and customer service
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with vehicle maintenance
