As a Tax Preparer - In-Store at Intuit, you will play a crucial role in helping customers navigate their tax needs. You'll be part of our dynamic team, combining tax expertise with an entrepreneurial spirit to provide exceptional service within one of our TurboTax locations across the United States on a seasonal basis.

What You'll Do

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers in preparing and filing their federal and state tax returns accurately and efficiently.
• Providing expert advice on tax-saving strategies, deductions, and credits to help maximize refunds or minimize liabilities.
• Maintaining a positive customer service approach throughout the process, ensuring satisfaction with every interaction.
• Staying updated with the latest tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and accuracy in all work performed.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A strong understanding of U.S. tax laws and regulations.
• Previous experience as a Tax Preparer or similar position is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
