About This Position
We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as a dedicated Tax Associate - TurboTax Store. This unique opportunity combines tax expertise with entrepreneurial spirit and is available on a seasonal basis across the United States. The position will be based in one of our new TurboTax locations, specifically in Little Elm, Texas.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Assist customers with their tax preparation needs, including federal and state returns.
- Provide accurate and timely tax return services to a diverse clientele.
- Stay updated on the latest tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and accuracy in all services provided.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while working with customers, colleagues, and management.
Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a tax preparer or similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience with TurboTax or similar software is highly desirable.
