About This Position
Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as a dedicated Tax Associate - TurboTax Store in one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States on a seasonal basis. This unique opportunity combines tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs.
Core Duties
- Assist customers with federal, state, and local tax returns
- Provide tax planning and preparation services
- Offer tax advice on a variety of issues including deductions, credits, and refunds
- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations and laws
- Maintain a high level of customer service to build long-term relationships
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as needed
What You Bring
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in tax preparation or related field
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and tax software programs such as TurboTax
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- A passion for helping customers and providing exceptional service
