About This Position

We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as a dedicated Tax Associate - TurboTax Store in one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States on a seasonal basis. This unique opportunity combines tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs.

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their tax preparation needs.
• Utilize TurboTax software to prepare and e-file tax returns accurately and efficiently.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest tax laws, regulations, and changes that may impact our customers.
• Engage in community outreach programs to promote Intuit's services and build relationships with potential clients.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in tax preparation or a related field is preferred, but not required for this role.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tax return preparations.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team environment.
