About the Role

Join Intuit as a Tax Preparer - In-Store and become part of our dedicated team. This role is full-time and requires working in one of our TurboTax locations across the United States on a seasonal basis. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert tax preparation services, ensuring customers receive accurate and timely assistance with their tax needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with federal, state, and local tax returns
• Prepare and file various types of tax returns accurately and efficiently
• Provide tax advice and guidance to enhance customer understanding of their tax obligations
• Stay updated on the latest tax laws and regulations
• Ensure compliance with Intuit’s policies, procedures, and quality standards

What You Bring

• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in tax preparation or a related field
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive financial information
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
