Role Overview
Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as a dedicated Tax Associate - TurboTax Store. This unique opportunity combines tax expertise with an entrepreneurial spirit and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs. As a Tax Associate - TurboTax Store, you will be part of a seasonal full-time role in one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist customers with federal, state, and local taxes
- Prepare tax returns for individuals and small businesses
- Stay updated on changes to tax laws and regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve company goals
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
- Prior experience in tax preparation is a plus, but not required
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
