What This Role Involves

In this role at Intuit, you will provide expert tax advice and support to customers in our TurboTax store. You'll be responsible for helping clients with a wide range of tax-related issues, from simple returns to more complex scenarios. Your work will directly impact the satisfaction of our customers as they navigate their tax obligations.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist customers with federal and state tax preparation needs
• Provide accurate and timely advice on tax laws and regulations
• Help clients resolve any issues or concerns related to their tax returns
• Stay up-to-date with the latest tax changes and updates
• Work collaboratively with a team in our TurboTax store environment

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Tax Preparer or similar role
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
• Familiarity with tax software and tools, such as TurboTax
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Effective communication skills for explaining complex tax issues
