Position Summary
The Test Engineer will assess software products for supportability, operability, compatibility, and security to ensure the software presents a low risk to the AFNet and SIPRNet and placement on the AF Evaluated Products List (AF EPL). Responsibilities include reviewing certification requests via the Application Request Worksheet (ARW) and ensuring completeness before adding new requests to the AF EPL SharePoint site.
What You'll Do
- Review ARWs for completeness, including software documentation.
- Add each new request into the AF EPL SharePoint site.
- Provide feedback on items of functionality, supportability, operability, compatibility, and security.
- Ensure compliance with AF customer certification requests.
Qualifications
- Secret clearance required.
- Experience in software testing and evaluation.
- Familiarity with the Application Request Worksheet (ARW).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
