Associate Design Director

LTK USA invites candidates to join as a Full Time Associate Design Director in the United States, shaping high-impact visual design while leading a talented group of designers.

The Opportunity

The Associate Design Director at LTK USA is a hands-on leadership position reporting to the Creative Director. You will direct a small graphic design team and take personal responsibility for elevating the caliber, brand coherence, and delivery of visual work that serves marketing, sales, and product partners inside a platform linking consumers, creators, and brands.

What You'll Do

• Shape and advance graphic design direction for campaigns, product marketing, lifecycle messaging, and events so every deliverable stays on-brand, refined, and strategic
• Define and enforce quality criteria, design principles, and practical methods while supplying clear feedback that lifts overall craft
• Collaborate with the Creative Director to convert brand and business aims into distinctive visual systems and finished pieces
• Produce original design work yourself on major initiatives and urgent creative priorities
• Manage and develop graphic designers through ongoing coaching, constructive reviews, and targeted growth plans
• Partner with copywriters, creative operations, and marketing stakeholders to craft unified creative solutions
• Run design reviews and lead stakeholder presentations that explain rationale, compromises, and next steps
• Coordinate with creative operations and the Creative Director on scoping, prioritization, and workflow refinements that support greater efficiency
• Track emerging AI and creative technology so the team can adopt tools that improve quality, pace, and collaboration

Skills & Qualifications

• Eight or more years in graphic design, visual design, or brand design plus at least three years managing people
• Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking, craft excellence, and storytelling across digital, social, and brand work
• Expert command of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; basic HTML5 or CSS knowledge is a plus
• Deep mastery of typography, layout, color, and brand systems plus thorough knowledge of digital creative practices
• Proven ability to organize multiple concurrent projects in a fast-moving setting
• Experience collaborating with marketing on campaigns, product support, lifecycle efforts, and events
• Strong leadership and communication skills that influence through clear reasoning, partnership, and diplomacy
• Enthusiasm for mentoring and advancing design talent

• Commitment to prioritization, operational excellence, and continuous process improvement
• Curiosity about evolving creative tools, workflows, and AI-assisted design methods
