About the Role

As a Technology Strategy Manager, you'll serve as a trusted strategic advisor to C-suite executives and technology leaders, providing end-to-end guidance on technology roadmaps, digital transformation initiatives, and technology-enabled business model innovation. You'll draw on Deloitte's Strategy & Transactions expertise to help clients navigate critical decisions spanning technology valuation, infrastructure modernization, technology cost optimization, and technology integration during mergers and acquisitions.

What You'll Do

• Develop comprehensive technology strategies that support business objectives, competitive positioning, and operational efficiency
• Lead diagnostic and analytical engagements to assess technology capabilities, identify optimization opportunities, and quantify business impact
• Advise clients on technology-enabled business transformation, including system modernization, cloud strategies, and organizational design
• Support technology valuation and due diligence activities for M&A transactions and technology investments
• Collaborate with cross-functional Deloitte teams including operations, finance, and digital specialists to deliver integrated advisory solutions
• Manage client relationships, lead engagement teams, and communicate findings and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in technology strategy, technology consulting, or corporate technology leadership
• Demonstrated success diagnosing complex technology challenges and developing actionable strategic recommendations
• Strong understanding of technology infrastructure, cloud computing, enterprise applications, and technology operations
• Proven ability to build and lead teams, influence senior executives, and manage complex client engagements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
• Analytical mindset with comfort building financial models, business cases, and impact analyses
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred; bachelor's degree in technology, business, or related field required
