About the Role

As Team Lead, Paid Media at OpenMoves, you'll own the strategy, execution, and performance of paid advertising campaigns while guiding a team of specialists. Key Responsibilities

• Define and direct paid media strategy across search, social, and display channels to hit client growth and ROI targets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of paid media specialists, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee campaign builds, budget pacing, optimization, and performance reporting end to end.
• Partner with SEO, CRO, Creative Services, and Marketing Automation teams to deliver integrated, full-funnel programs.
• Serve as a strategic point of contact for clients, translating performance data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Stay ahead of platform changes, emerging tactics, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across major advertising platforms.
• A track record of leading or mentoring team members in a performance marketing environment.
