Your Responsibilities

• Support the coordination of recruitment processes for various roles within HDR
• Manage candidate communication and scheduling interviews
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
• Coordinate HR administrative tasks including benefits, payroll, and compliance
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and recruitment tools
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new processes
