About This Position

As Talent Acquisition Program Coordinator at Milwaukee Tool, you'll be instrumental in executing our recruitment programs and initiatives. This full-time role bridges our HR and hiring teams, ensuring our recruiting operations run smoothly while helping attract top talent who share our commitment to quality and innovation. You'll work directly with hiring managers and senior recruiters to coordinate every stage of the hiring process, from job posting through onboarding readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interviews, candidate assessments, and recruitment events with internal stakeholders and external candidates
• Maintain accurate candidate records and manage applicant tracking systems to ensure data integrity
• Support job posting creation, distribution, and optimization across multiple career platforms
• Prepare recruitment materials, offer letters, and onboarding documentation
• Track recruitment metrics, timelines, and program performance to identify opportunities for improvement
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring funnel, providing updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Assist in organizing recruitment fairs, campus visits, and talent acquisition events
• Support the development and execution of recruitment initiatives and hiring programs

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant recruiting experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to juggle multiple concurrent projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information professionally
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy
• Positive attitude and genuine interest in supporting recruitment initiatives
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
