Join Milwaukee Tool as a Maintenance Technician II and keep production equipment running at peak performance on the second shift. This full-time position supports manufacturing operations across our US-based facility and directly contributes to operational excellence and business goals.
About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician II, you'll be responsible for the ongoing care and upkeep of production equipment throughout the facility. Working the 2nd shift Monday through Friday starting at 3:00 PM, you'll use preventative maintenance expertise and troubleshooting skills to minimize downtime and sustain consistent production output.
What You'll Do
- Execute planned preventative maintenance schedules on all facility equipment to maximize performance and extend asset life
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform troubleshooting to identify root causes and solutions
- Complete minor repairs and adjustments to restore equipment functionality and operational readiness
- Adhere to Milwaukee Tool's safety guidelines and industry best practices in all maintenance activities
- Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance and minimize equipment downtime
- Document maintenance work and equipment conditions as required for operational records
- Support Milwaukee Tool's production goals and operational efficiency objectives
What We're Looking For
- Experience performing preventative maintenance on industrial or production equipment
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues
- Availability for the 2nd shift schedule (Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM onwards)
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance standards
- Reliable attendance and proactive approach to equipment care
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with production staff
