Supply Chain Director

AdventHealth is seeking an accomplished Supply Chain Director to lead procurement, logistics, and materials management operations at its Sebring campus in Highlands County, Florida. This full-time, on-site leadership role is ideal for a strategic professional ready to drive efficiency across a mission-driven healthcare system.

About the Role

As Supply Chain Director, you will oversee the end-to-end supply chain function that keeps clinical and operational teams equipped to deliver exceptional patient care. Based in Sebring, you will balance cost stewardship with service excellence while championing AdventHealth's commitment to caring for the whole person.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct purchasing, inventory control, distribution, and vendor management across the facility.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies that reduce costs while safeguarding product availability and quality.
• Negotiate contracts and build strong partnerships with suppliers and group purchasing organizations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop supply chain staff to sustain high performance and engagement.
• Collaborate with clinical, finance, and operations leaders to align resources with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and uphold rigorous inventory and reporting practices.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in supply chain, procurement, or materials management, preferably within healthcare.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and financial management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, service-oriented approach.
• Willingness to work on-site in Sebring, in a full-time capacity.
