About the Role
As a Physical Therapist with Carenest Health Services, you will deliver hands-on rehabilitation care at our Kit Carson location. This on-site position offers a balanced schedule built for clinicians who want consistent weekday hours, combining inpatient and outpatient responsibilities within a single welcoming environment in Burlington, Colorado.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, plan, and provide physical therapy treatment for inpatient and outpatient populations
- Develop individualized care plans aimed at restoring mobility, strength, and function
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapeutic interventions as recovery goals evolve
- Collaborate with the broader care team to coordinate effective, patient-centered outcomes
- Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation for every patient encounter
Qualifications
- Active Colorado (CO) physical therapy license or a valid compact PT license
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Clinical experience across both inpatient and outpatient care settings
- Ability to complete required compliance steps, including a manager interview, badge photo, and verification of BLS and CO licensure
