About This Position
As Call Center Supervisor at Maximus, you'll oversee daily contact center operations, ensuring our team delivers consistent service while maintaining rigorous quality standards. This full-time remote role offers the opportunity to grow your leadership skills and make a tangible impact on team performance and customer satisfaction across our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise call center representatives and ensure strict adherence to quality standards, performance deadlines, and established procedures
- Identify performance gaps, provide coaching and correction, and implement process improvements to boost team efficiency
- Conduct interviews with prospective call center staff and provide recommendations for hiring and promotions in collaboration with Talent Acquisition and Human Resources teams
- Build and manage work schedules, assign daily duties and tasks to team members, and ensure adequate coverage across all shifts
- Monitor key performance metrics, track individual and team progress, and report on operational results to senior management
What You Bring
- Proven supervisory or team lead experience in a call center, customer service, or similar fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop staff
- Solid understanding of contact center operations, quality assurance protocols, and performance metrics
- Proficiency with scheduling software, workforce management tools, and call center technology platforms
- Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote setting, managing time and staying organized
