About the Role

Serco's Team Submarine contract provides essential programmatic support to the Undersea Certification Programs office (TEAMSUB-Q), a vital component of U.S. Navy operations. As a Submarine QA Requirements Analyst, you'll partner with Navy stakeholders and program teams to establish and maintain rigorous quality assurance standards. What You'll Do

• Develop, document, and maintain quality assurance requirements aligned with Navy standards and certification protocols
• Analyze submarine program specifications and testing protocols to identify QA requirements and compliance gaps
• Collaborate with engineering, testing, and Navy teams to implement and validate QA processes
• Review and assess certification documentation to ensure adherence to quality standards
• Support quality audits and testing activities across submarine certification initiatives
• Prepare comprehensive reports and maintain detailed records of QA findings and program metrics

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related technical discipline
• Professional experience in quality assurance, requirements analysis, or technical program support
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, standards, and best practices in technical environments
• Ability to interpret complex technical documentation and specifications accurately
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration across teams
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
• Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one (preferred)
