About the Role
As Principal Lead, you own both strategy and execution across critical user-facing product initiatives and operations. You'll set the direction for how we serve our users while building the operational excellence that enables our teams to scale. This is a high-impact position where your influence extends across product teams, leadership, and partner organizations.
What You'll Do
- Own business outcomes and accountability for strategic initiatives that impact millions of users
- Define and communicate product strategy and operational roadmaps to stakeholders across the organization
- Lead cross-functional teams through complex, ambiguous problems with unclear solutions
- Build and influence senior leadership teams to align on priorities and secure resources
- Develop metrics frameworks that track progress and inform continuous improvement
- Partner with product, engineering, sales, and support organizations to deliver integrated solutions
- Identify market and user trends that shape long-term product direction
