About the Role

As a Strategic Advisor specializing in state and local government workforce transformation, you will be instrumental in helping public sector organizations adopt modern workforce management practices and technologies. You will serve at the intersection of government operations, strategy, and people—translating complex organizational needs into actionable transformation roadmaps that deliver measurable impact for both agencies and the workers they serve.

What You'll Do

• Partner with state and local government leaders to identify workforce transformation opportunities and develop comprehensive strategic plans aligned with their organizational priorities
• Advise public sector clients on best practices in workforce management, process optimization, and organizational change management
• Build and strengthen relationships with government agencies, serving as a trusted strategic partner throughout their transformation journey
• Analyze workforce challenges within public sector environments and recommend solutions that drive operational efficiency and improve employee and constituent outcomes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with UKG teams to ensure clients receive integrated support and access to comprehensive solutions
• Monitor government workforce trends, policy developments, and industry innovations that shape public sector operations
