About the Role
This is a full-time position based in Los Angeles, Los Angeles County. As an Installation Technician, you'll work directly with customers and our team to ensure seamless equipment setup and system configuration. Your technical expertise and customer-focused approach will be critical to our mission of delivering exceptional service every time.
What You'll Do
- Install and configure wiring systems and electrical equipment according to technical specifications and safety standards
- Perform site assessments and prepare areas for installation work
- Test installed systems to verify proper functionality and address any issues
- Communicate clearly with customers throughout the installation process, answering questions and managing expectations
- Document installation work, including photos, measurements, and completion reports
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate multi-site projects and maintain schedule adherence
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct yourself with integrity in all customer interactions
- Follow all safety protocols and industry best practices in your daily work
