Spencer Gifts - Spirit Halloween is now hiring for a full-time Store Manager position at our Hialeah Gardens location in Miami-Dade County. We're looking for an experienced retail leader ready to drive store success and build a high-performing team.
About the Role
As Store Manager, you'll oversee all daily operations of our retail location, from team leadership to inventory control to customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll set the tone, drive sales growth, and ensure our store runs smoothly during peak and regular seasons alike.
What You'll Do
- Manage and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
- Drive store sales and achieve revenue targets through effective merchandising and team motivation
- Oversee inventory management, including stock rotation, ordering, and loss prevention
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and resolve customer concerns
- Manage store budget and financial performance metrics
- Maintain store appearance, visual merchandising, and product displays
- Execute company policies and procedures while adapting to seasonal demands
- Build community relationships and support local marketing initiatives

Compensation and Benefits
Hourly compensation ranges from $21.00 to $21.25, based on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid sick time, paid vacation, paid holidays, bereavement pay, and jury duty pay. Eligible team members receive monthly sales bonuses, yearly shrink bonuses, Champions Club bonuses, and contest prizes.
