About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Speech Language Therapist to join our Invercargill clinic. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals communicate and connect more effectively.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients' communication needs and develop tailored treatment plans
• Provide therapy sessions to improve speech, language, and swallowing skills
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for our clients
• Document patient progress and communicate with families and other healthcare professionals
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in speech-language pathology

What We're Looking For

• A registered Speech Language Therapist with a minimum of 5 years' experience
• Demonstrated expertise in assessing and treating communication disorders
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, families, and colleagues
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• A passion for helping individuals achieve their full potential through effective communication
