About the Role

As a Senior Associate Consultant in our Finance Solutions practice, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients navigating complex corporate finance challenges. You'll combine analytical rigor with strategic thinking to design and implement solutions that strengthen financial performance, reduce risk, and unlock value. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional ready to take on greater responsibility in client leadership and strategic project delivery.

What You'll Do

• Advise clients on treasury management strategies, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and banking relationships
• Lead working capital optimization initiatives to improve operational efficiency and free up capital for strategic investments
• Analyze corporate finance structures and recommend improvements to support client business objectives
• Provide guidance on commodities exposure and risk management strategies
• Manage client engagements, build relationships, and mentor junior team members
• Develop thought leadership and contribute to firm capabilities in financial strategy

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in financial advisory, corporate finance, or treasury consulting
• Deep knowledge of treasury management, working capital, corporate finance, or related finance disciplines
• Demonstrated ability to lead engagements and manage complex client relationships
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with financial modeling and analysis tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to travel up to 80% as required by client engagements
• Advanced degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field preferred
