Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the go-to product expert for AI-driven automation and conversational technology built for the housing industry.
- Partner with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and map them to tailored product solutions.
- Lead technical demonstrations, scoping discussions, and proof-of-concept implementations.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure customers achieve measurable outcomes.
- Gather field feedback to help shape the product roadmap and improve adoption.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a Solutions Engineer, sales engineer, or product specialist, ideally within software or SaaS.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfort working directly with customers in a consultative, solutions-focused capacity.
- Interest in or exposure to AI, automation, or conversational technology.
- Willingness to work onsite full-time in New York, New York.
