About the Role

Lancesoft INC is seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker to provide comprehensive mental health and behavioral health services to diverse populations across clinical settings. Working hybrid—one day onsite and four days remote—you'll balance flexibility with strong team collaboration. This full-time role offers a salary of $70,000 to $80,000 annually for a skilled LMSW ready to make a measurable impact on client wellbeing.

What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough behavioral health assessments and psychosocial evaluations to identify client needs and treatment goals
• Deliver individual and group therapy using evidence-based modalities and therapeutic techniques
• Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and de-escalation in acute mental health situations
• Coordinate comprehensive care across medical providers, case managers, and specialty services to ensure treatment continuity
• Collaborate within integrated care teams, partnering with physicians and specialists to address the full spectrum of client health needs
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies
• Engage in ongoing professional development, clinical supervision, and quality improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) with current LMSW licensure in New York State
