About This Position

The YWCA Dayton is a 24-hour organization dedicated to the elimination of racism and the empowerment of women. We are seeking an energetic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Social Enterprise Case Manager in an Exempt – Salaried position. Reporting directly to the Director of Strategic Initiatives & Workforce Development, this role is crucial for making a significant impact on the lives of those we serve.

Core Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to provide comprehensive case management services.
• Assist clients in accessing resources and support systems within our organization and the community.
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, and monitor progress of clients.
• Collaborate with team members across various departments to ensure holistic support for clients.

Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field is required.
• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding of social justice issues is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective client engagement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management systems is necessary.
