What You'll Do

• Lead and oversee shift operations, setting the standard for quality and exceptional customer service
• Train, mentor, and develop team members on Starbucks beverages, procedures, and service excellence
• Manage opening and closing routines, including cash handling, register operations, and facility preparation
• Monitor and organize inventory, coordinate orders, and maintain adequate stock of coffee and supplies
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards to keep your space welcoming and safe
