Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations during your shift, including food prep, order accuracy, and customer service
• Train, mentor, and supervise team members; ensure they follow Papa John's procedures and quality standards
• Monitor food safety, sanitation, and inventory; report issues and restock supplies as needed
• Handle cash, process transactions, and close out registers according to company protocols
• Resolve customer concerns and staff issues with professionalism and quick judgment
• Maintain opening and closing procedures; secure the restaurant and document end-of-shift details
• Coordinate with management on scheduling, staffing needs, and operational priorities

What You Bring

• Prior experience in restaurant operations, food service, or customer-facing retail management (1+ years preferred)
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude even during busy rushes
• Basic computer skills and comfort with POS systems and point-of-sale equipment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and potential shift rotations
• Knowledge of food safety and health code practices (training provided if needed)
