What This Role Involves

The SG0001 Courier position at FedEx in Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide) is a full-time role where you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of packages to customers. You will work closely with the team to handle incoming and outgoing shipments, maintain accurate records, and ensure all deliveries are made safely and securely.

What You'll Do

• Handle the loading and unloading of packages from vehicles in a safe manner
• Ensure accurate tracking and delivery of packages to customers
• Communicate with internal teams for package pick-up, sorting, and dispatch
• Maintain clean and organized work area at all times
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while performing duties

Qualifications

• Valid driving license with no major traffic violations in the past 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (23 kg) frequently, as well as occasionally lift or move heavier objects
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction
• Flexible work schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends if necessary
