What This Role Involves

The role of a Courier HR Senior Specialist at Wolt involves building and managing a cross-country infrastructure for employed courier operations across multiple geographies. You will work at the intersection of operations, people, legal, and compliance, contributing to strategy, structure, and resources while also focusing on execution and operational excellence from the ground up.

Core Duties

• Develop and implement strategies for employed courier operations in multiple countries with different legal frameworks.
• Manage country-level teams focused on operational excellence and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the growth and success of Wolt’s delivery network.
• Analyze regulatory, operational, and structural challenges and propose solutions for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR or related fields, preferably with a focus on employment operations and compliance.
• A deep understanding of labor laws and regulations across multiple countries.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with various stakeholders.
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence.
