About This Position

An exciting full-time opportunity has become available for a Service Scheduler to join Porsche Centre Melbourne, part of the Penske Automotive Australia group. Based in Collingwood, this role plays a critical part in delivering an exceptional end-to-end customer experience by proactively engaging with customers throughout their ownership and service journey.

What You'll Do

• Proactively engage with customers to schedule appointments for routine maintenance and repairs
• Ensure all customer information is accurately recorded and updated in the scheduling system
• Manage the flow of work orders through the service department, ensuring timely completion of services
• Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external customers regarding service schedules and updates
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of customer service
