The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a professional and organised Service Receptionist to join our service department front-of-house team at Wangara Hyundai. This part-time role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, staying calm under pressure, and being the first point of contact for service guests visiting our dealership.

Responsibilities

• To provide a warm welcome to all visitors to the service department
• To manage customer inquiries and bookings over phone, email, and in person
• To assist with scheduling appointments and managing the flow of customers through the service area
• To maintain a clean and presentable waiting area for our guests
• To ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
• Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous but not essential
