About This Position
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Engineer to join the production and engineering team at pyramid8, one of the UK's leading manufacturers of touch screen kiosks. This role will be based in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, UK, and is full-time with no remote working options.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for installed kiosk hardware and software solutions
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to customer equipment
- Perform on-site maintenance and repairs as required
- Work closely with the engineering team to develop and implement new service protocols
- Maintain accurate records of all service activities and customer interactions
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical support or related field
- A good understanding of touch screen kiosk hardware and software systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to travel for on-site visits as required
- Valid driving license (essential)
