We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Warehouse Operator to join a leading business supplying quality building products to the Australian construction industry. This is a full-time, permanent role offering an excellent salary package up to $80K including superannuation.

What You'll Do

The Senior Warehouse Operator will be responsible for:

• Efficiently managing inventory levels, ensuring accuracy in stock counts and product availability
• Handling incoming and outgoing shipments with precision to meet delivery deadlines
• Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment to ensure safety and compliance standards are met
• Assisting in the training of new team members on warehouse procedures and best practices
• Participating in regular quality checks and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

What You Bring

To succeed in this role, candidates must:

• Have at least 5 years of experience as a warehouse operator or similar position within the building materials industry
• Be proficient in using warehouse management systems and related software tools
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork
• Have a valid driver's license as some travel may be required for deliveries
