About This Position
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Materials Planner to join our team at Saica Group. As a Materials Planner, you will play a crucial role in managing the supply chain for various projects, ensuring timely delivery of materials while maintaining cost-effectiveness. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Enniskillen, BT74 4EJ.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and manage the procurement process to ensure that all materials are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain accurate material schedules and forecasts.
- Work closely with suppliers, project managers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues related to material supply.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings in the procurement process.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to materials management.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Materials Planner or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with supply chain software and tools.
