The Opportunity

Mitre 10 MEGA is seeking a Building Materials / Drive Thru Team Member to join our dynamic team in Petone, Lower Hutt. As a part-time employee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our drive-thru service and providing excellent customer service.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their building materials needs at the drive-thru counter
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions to their problems
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for individuals who are reliable, friendly, and have a strong commitment to customer service. You should possess excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure. Previous experience in retail or a similar role would be advantageous but not essential.
