About the Role

As Senior Project Manager-Legal, you will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of enterprise-level projects supporting our healthcare regulatory, compliance, and legal operations. You'll be the strategic bridge between our Legal, Quality, and Compliance teams, working alongside business stakeholders to implement scalable processes and navigate the shifting regulatory landscape. This role demands project leadership experience, strong stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of how regulatory requirements shape healthcare operations.

What You'll Do

  • Direct end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-departmental legal and compliance initiatives from initiation through closeout
  • Develop project roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans aligned with healthcare regulatory timelines and business priorities
  • Coordinate across Legal, Quality, Compliance, Risk Management, and Operations to ensure alignment on compliance-driven change initiatives
  • Track project metrics, manage scope and risk, and communicate progress to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable solutions that strengthen regulatory compliance and operational efficiency
  • Manage documentation, regulatory submissions, and audit-ready records supporting healthcare industry standards
  • Serve as a subject-matter resource on legal and compliance requirements impacting project planning and execution

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of project management experience in legal, compliance, regulatory, or related healthcare operations environments
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory frameworks, compliance requirements, and legal program management
  • Proficiency with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate legal and compliance requirements for diverse audiences
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or PMP/related certification preferred
  • Experience in a regulated industry, particularly healthcare or medical device manufacturing, is highly valued
