Position Summary

Your role as a Senior Member Care Consultant will be pivotal in driving employment outcomes, post placement support, revenue assurance and service quality. You will play a key part in supporting young people, employers, and frontline teams to thrive within yourtown’s services for mental health and wellbeing, long-term unemployment, prevention of youth suicide, child protection, and domestic violence support.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive employment outcomes by providing guidance and support to individuals seeking career advancement or re-entry into the workforce.
• Ensure post placement support is effective through regular check-ins and feedback mechanisms with both clients and employers.
• Conduct revenue assurance activities to ensure financial sustainability of services while maintaining high levels of service quality.
• Support young people, employers, and frontline teams in achieving their goals and improving overall wellbeing.

Who We're Looking For

• A proven track record in employment support or related fields with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with diverse groups, including young people and employers.
• Experience in service quality assurance and revenue management is highly desirable.
• A commitment to supporting the mental health and wellbeing of individuals and communities.
