The Opportunity

Swagelok is searching for an experienced Senior Manufacturing Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations and lead a dedicated team on the first shift. Responsibilities

• Direct manufacturing operations and oversee all first-shift production activities
• Lead, mentor, and develop manufacturing staff to foster a culture of accountability and growth
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce waste
• Monitor production schedules, inventory levels, and equipment performance

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of manufacturing management or supervisory experience
• Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of developing high-performing teams

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
